What Astraplace is

Astraplace casts a chart from your birth details and reads homes against it: the directions your planetary lines run from where you live, the sectors those directions fall in, the chapter of your life you're currently in, and how a given listing sits with all of that. It's a way of looking at homes, offered alongside the ordinary facts about them.

Astraplace is run by Astraplace, LLC, in Los Angeles, California. Brandy Brooks — a licensed California real-estate agent — is the person behind it.

By making an account you're agreeing to what's on this page. If you don't agree with it, don't use the app. Your information is handled separately, and that's covered on our privacy page.

The readings are for reflection, not advice

This is the most important thing on the page, so it goes first.

Everything astrological in Astraplace — your chart, your placements, your planetary lines, your sectors, your chapter timing, and every score or reading attached to a home — is offered for reflection and enjoyment. It is a lens, not a finding.

• It is not financial advice — nothing here is a view on whether a home is a good buy, will hold its value, or will go up.
• It is not investment advice, and no one at Astraplace is a licensed financial adviser or acting as one.
• It is not real-estate advice — a score is not a professional opinion about a property's condition, value, or suitability.
• It is not legal, tax, or inspection advice.

A home scoring well means the chart reads well against it. That's all it means. It says nothing about the roof, the foundation, the title, the price, the neighbours, or whether you can afford it.

Buying or renting a home is one of the largest decisions most people make. Make it with a licensed agent, an inspector, a lender, and where it matters an attorney — and with your own judgment, which outranks anything the app says. We don't promise any outcome, and we're not responsible for what you decide.

Who can use it

• You need to be 18 or older. Astraplace is built for adults looking for a home.
• During the closed beta, access is limited to a short invite list, and we can add or remove people from it.
• One account per person, and it's yours — don't share your sign-in code or let someone else use your account.
• Give us real birth details. The chart is only as good as what it's cast from, and a wrong birth time produces a confident reading of the wrong thing.

Your birth details are locked after setup so your chart stays stable. If you need them changed, email us.

What's free and what's paid

Your chart is free. Your placements and the timeline of your chapters cost nothing and always will.

The Method — homes read and scored against your chart — is the paid part.

• Monthly — $5.99 a month.
• Annual — $59 a year, which works out to $4.92 a month.
• Free trial — both plans start with a 3-day free trial. You give a card at sign-up and the first charge lands when the trial ends. Cancel before then and you're not charged.

Prices are in US dollars. If we change them, the new price applies from your next renewal, not mid-term, and we'll email you before it happens.

While the beta is open we sometimes switch the paywall off entirely, so everyone has the Method with no card and no charge. That's a gift, not a promise — it can end.

How billing works

Stripe runs the payments. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us — we hold a customer reference and whether your subscription is active, nothing more.

• It renews on its own — a monthly plan renews each month and an annual plan each year, until you cancel. That's how it keeps working without you having to think about it.
• You'll get a receipt by email for each charge.
• If a payment fails — an expired card usually — we'll email you, and the Method pauses until it's sorted. Your account, your chart and your saved homes stay exactly as they are.
• Any tax that applies is added at checkout.

Cancelling

Email us at hello@astrorealtor.com from the address on your account and say you'd like to cancel. You don't need to give a reason.

You keep the Method through the end of the period you've already paid for, and there are no charges after that. Cancelling during the 3-day trial means you're never charged at all.

Cancelling doesn't delete anything. Your account, your chart, your preferences and your saved homes stay put — you just lose the Method until you subscribe again. If you want everything removed, that's a different request, and the privacy page explains it.

Refunds

The free trial is there so you can find out whether the Method is for you before you pay for it.

After that, we don't refund the portion of a term you've already started as a matter of course. But if you were charged in error, or something went genuinely wrong, email us and we'll make it right. A person reads it.

The homes you see

The homes in Astraplace come from third-party sources — listing brokerages, multiple listing services, and data partners. We show them; we don't produce them.

That means we can't guarantee any of it is accurate or current. Price, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, lot size, year built, whether it's still on the market, and the photos all come to us as-is.

Homes sell, prices move, and listings go stale. Before you act on anything — before you offer, before you travel to see it, before you plan around it — confirm it with the listing agent. Treat what you see here as a starting point, not a record.

Photographs and written descriptions of a home belong to whoever produced them, usually the listing brokerage. The astrological reading beside a home is ours. The facts about the house are theirs.

Fair housing

Astraplace supports equal housing opportunity. Everyone gets to live where they want to live, and no reading here will ever be used to nudge somebody toward or away from an area because of who they are or who lives there.

• What we write is about the built environment — the house, the land, the light, the way the street runs, which direction the door faces. Never who lives there or nearby.
• The app refuses steering requests. If you ask it to find or avoid homes based on race, colour, religion, national origin, sex or gender, familial status, disability, source of income, or immigration status, it won't do it — the request is declined, not stored, and not scored.
• Your chart is never read against any of those characteristics, and no protected characteristic is an input to any score.
• Listing descriptions are the listing source's words, shown as they were written. They're not ours and we don't adopt them.

If you see something on Astraplace that reads as steering or exclusion, tell us and we'll look at it.

Asking to see a home

When you ask for a tour, ask a question about a listing, or ask to talk to an agent, we pass your name, your email, the listing, your message and your phone number if you gave one to Brandy Brooks, or to the agent handling that request. Nothing from your chart travels with it.

That's an introduction — a referral, and nothing more. It doesn't make anyone your agent, and it isn't a representation agreement.

You're represented by an agent only when you and that agent sign a written agreement, separately from Astraplace and on its own terms. Until that happens, no one here is working on your behalf, and you're free to work with any agent you like, or none.

Astraplace may earn a referral fee when an introduction leads to a transaction. It never changes which homes you're shown or how they're scored — the reading is cast from your chart, and money isn't one of its inputs.

Using the app the way it's meant

Short list, and mostly obvious.

• Don't scrape or bulk-download the listings, or use the app to build a competing dataset.
• Don't resell, republish, or redistribute the readings.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer the Method, break into parts of the app you're not meant to reach, or interfere with how it runs.
• Don't share your account or sign in as someone else.
• Don't use Astraplace to steer, exclude, harass, or mislead anybody.

What belongs to whom

The Method itself — the way charts are read against homes, the scoring, the writing, the artwork, the design and the software — belongs to Astraplace, LLC. Using the app doesn't transfer any of it to you.

Your birth details, your preferences, your saved homes and anything you type belong to you. You're giving us permission to use them for one purpose: running Astraplace for you. Not for anything else, and never for sale. The privacy page is the full account of that.

The reading generated for you is yours to keep, print, and share with the people in your life. Just don't republish it as a product or sell it.

The app is a work in progress

Astraplace is young and still being built. Features change, move, and sometimes disappear. Screens get redrawn. Things occasionally break.

The app is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, always be correct, or always work the way it did last week. Astronomical calculations, scores, maps and readings may contain errors — if you spot one, we'd genuinely like to know.

Ending things

You can stop whenever you like: cancel the subscription, or ask us to delete your account entirely.

We can close an account that breaks these terms — using the app to steer or discriminate, abusing or threatening the people who run it or the agents on the other end, fraud, or trying to break the app itself. Where we do, we'll tell you why, and refund any unused part of what you've paid unless the reason for closing it is fraud.

We may also stop offering Astraplace, or part of it. If that happens we'll give you notice, and refund the unused part of anything you've paid.

Limits on what we're responsible for

Astraplace is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that the app, the listings, or the readings are accurate, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

We're not responsible for decisions you make about property, for money you spend or don't spend, or for what a listing turns out to be. Those are yours, and they should be made with licensed professionals.

Where we are found responsible for something despite the above, our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the twelve months before it happened.

None of this limits anything that can't be limited under California law.

If there's a disagreement

Email hello@astrorealtor.com first. Most things resolve in a sentence or two, and we'd much rather sort it out that way.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of California, and anything that can't be resolved between us belongs in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, this page changes first and the date at the bottom moves. If a change is a meaningful one — anything to do with price, billing, or what you're agreeing to — we'll email you rather than quietly editing the page.

Carrying on using Astraplace after a change means you're agreeing to the new version. If you'd rather not, cancel and we'll refund the unused part of the term.
